FORESITE websites endorsed by the Rocky Mountain Writer's Summit™
FORESITE™ websites
The website for your
book before your
book is a book
If you're working
on a book,
your web presence
is critical NOW!!
Proper sequencing and strategy for your book project is critical to your book's success. A web presence during the development phase will increase your chances for great book sales right out of the gate and bring in some cash now!
Having a FORESITE™ website
has several benefits
Creating an online presence as an expert in your field using a FORESITE website makes real sense as an author - especially a first-time author breaking into the scene or breaking into a new niche.
It establishes you in the niche, because the website's name is not your name or your book's name, it is the niche's name. This is how new readers will find your book.
It gives you a way to compare your future book(s) to the more well-known books already in print about your topic. It gives you a chance to tell the web visitor why...
'If you liked that book - you'll love my book!'
A FORESITE™ website gives you a mechanism to collect the names of people interested in your niche who will also be interested in your book's release. Creating your 'list' will be an incredibly valuable asset when you release the book. You'll have an immediate set of customers (outside your friends and family) who will want your book.
A FORESITE™ website also sells the books you are reviewing. This should be a set of books you think highly of and would recommend. Using affiliate marketing techniques, these books will be for sale on your website and you will be able to make affiliate commissions now.
A FORESITE™ website is already SEO'ed... (search engine optimized). We constantly analyze the current SEO trends allowing your FORESITE™ website to adapt to state-of-the-art SEO technologies.
NOTE: A FORESITE™ website is unlike other web sites out there. We use state-of-the-art automation to update selected content and links every 24 hours, and our structured content is highly tailored to these automation techniques. If you desire to have a more conventional personal web site, we suggest having both! Cross linking between your personal web site and your book's FORESITE™ website enhances the search engine optimization for both sites.
Some other reasons you'll
want a FORESITE™ website
working for you now...
- Age Equity: Many authors wait until after their book is at the publisher's before they start to work on its website. Usually that is because most feel that they need their book on the site, ready to sell before they can legitimately put up a site. Unfortunately, if the author waits until the book is released to simultaneously launch the website, the website won't do them much good. That is because the inner workings of the Internet need to time detect and categorize the presence of a website before it can put its information into search results. This process takes several weeks, especially if the author is trying to do this all themselves.
- Domain Longevity: Search engines grade website relevance using many gauges, domain longevity figures in very high. Most authors reserve a domain for just one year and renew just one year at a time. This gives it a low score on the domain longevity area. Simply adding 2 years to the expiration date of a domain or buying it for 3-5 years to begin with helps create importance from the beginning of a website's life.
- Make Money Now: Most authors only expect to make money on their direct book sales. A FORESITE website gives you a way to make money even when your book is in dream or development stage. It can help fund the other publishing / marketing expenses.
- Collect Names Now: Creating an e-mail waiting list for your book will be a huge asset when it comes time to release the book, but it can also be an asset if the author wants to create a membership newsletter or a joint venture with someone else. It will also be a bargaining chip if the author wants to get into a 'cooperative best-seller' campaign upon the book's release.

All you have to do to get your FORESITE™ website up and running now!
- Have a book in the works, anywhere from idea stage to almost released...
- Come up with 10 books to review that in some fashion can be used to help you sell their book.
- Spend about one hour working with us to determine the best domain name and to work together to create the unique relevant content.
We will do all the rest!
Cost is $500 for a FORESITE™ website that will grow with you, your book and your expertise in your book's subject area. It is an investment that can pay you a monthly check for as long as you have that website.
$500 includes...
- domain registration for 3 years
- hosting for the first 3 years
- development of the FORESITE web pages and all standard supporting web pages
- google analysis of best search term to use as a domain
- daily updated pages
- cross linking with an already existing popular network of websites
- a 3-month membership into Advanced Book Marketing
Some things a FORESITE™ website
has that no one else's
could possibly have ...
Proprietory Advantages
- Your website will be networked into an existing network of over 12,000 webpages immediately creating popularity.
- Your website will be able to generate income two ways as soon as it is up, thanks to our expertise in affiliate marketing and passive income. This means the cost for this site is tax deductible as a business expense, but also, the income generated will ultimately make this site pay for itself - probably before the book is released.
- All the pages of your website will be updated daily through our proprietary programs, swapping out relevant content for different relevant content keeping your webpages fresh in the eyes of the search engines. Fresh pages are important so that search engines return often to check your site for new content. Frequent updating of content is one of the reasons blogs are effective. This proprietory technique takes that pressure off of you.
- Your FORESITE website can grow once you've released your book if you tap into the 'Advanced Book Marketing' system - adding more category pages to the Internet where surfers can find YOUR book!
FAQ:
Can I add this feature to my existing website? No, we're sorry, but this procedure needs a new stand alone domain. It will act as a funnel to your existing website(s) which will help boost that website's popularity, and because of our proprietory programs, it must be a separate website.

Writer's Summit Tip #2: Treat the creative zone from which you write with the utmost respect. It is a special place and you can't always get there on a schedule. As long as you feel like writing, write... When you don't feel like writing anymore, revise or 'write around your book' (write about the project - your bio, your synopsis, your press releases, your twitters, your blog).
Remember, the creation space is sacred!

Writer's Summit Tip #6: Write a sub-title for your book. Test it for usefulness. Does it tell people what to expect when they open the book? Can you tell if it is a novel or a biography, historical, current or futuristic? Can they tell the general topic of the book instantly? They need to be able to. You have about 2 seconds with a potential customer, when they take your book off the shelf and browse it. If they don't like it, they'll put it back within 2 seconds. Don't believe me? Go to your favorite bookstore and watch the customers.
See the case study about Promise of Whale Song if you want to understand where this tip came from.
